Tips and Reminders for Life in Physical Processing

 

Mandatory Sexual Harassment Training

 

  1.  Log in using your myHR User ID and Password (pawprint).
  2. On the myHR page, top left menu, select Self Service>Personal Information>HR Training.
  3. Click on "Preventing Sexual Harassment" to commence the training.
  4. After reading the Chancellor's letter select "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
  5. On the page labeled "Preventing Sexual Harassment," select the version of the training module that is applicable to your relationship to the University (e.g., Faculty, Supervisory (staff), Non-supervisory, etc.)
  6. Follow the directions in the training module to move through the entire module.
  7. Complete the Mastery Test. You must score 80% to pass the test. You may re-take the test as many times as needed to master the information.
  8. Once your test score is 80 percent or above, please complete your personal information located at the end of the test and click the button below to create the certificate and record your results. The certificate should be printed and kept as part of your personal records.

All Physical Processing Student Assistants are expected to follow the rules set forth in this document. They are to read and discuss with a supervisor the information in the document before signing. If a student doesn't agree to follow the expectations set forth in the "I understand" document, employment in Physical Processing will not be possible.
