How to Fill Out Your Timesheet
  • Student timesheets are now handled online at http://myhr.umsystem.edu .  After reaching this webpage, log in with your PawPrint and password, and a supervisor will assist you in navigating the site to create your first timesheet.
  • A list of pay period begin/end dates as well as pay dates is available.

Clock In/Out Procedures
  • Use the clock above the sink for the correct time.
  • Please be here and clocked in at the time that you told us you would be. Clock out before you leave. Do not clock into work until you have put away your bag, coat, etc. Likewise, clock out before you get your bag and put on your coat.
  • Please put any schedule changes on the marker board after it has been discussed with Michaelle.
  • A student receives a break if that student will be on the clock for four continuous hours. Breaks are fifteen minutes long and cannot be used to arrive late or leave early. If you work an eight hour day, you can not use your two breaks together for a 30 minute lunch.
  • When you will be absent or late, you must call the following numbers in order until you speak to a supervisor: Michaelle: 882-7394, Terry: 882-4285, Karen: 882-2835.

Garrett, this looks great. I only added an example on how to title timesheets. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the information. Thank you.
